At Cañada's Cashier's Office you can: 

• Pay your Fees
• Request a refund via email 
• Resolve any issues in your student account
• Purchase your virtual parking permit

Please Note: 

The San Mateo County Community Colleges are following guidelines from public health authorities to ensure the health and safety of our students, staff, and the community, as a result Cañada College is working on a hybrid schedule.

Credit & Refund Policies

A student may either choose to maintain a credit balance on account or contact the Cashier's Office to arrange for a refund. Refunds are NOT issued automatically; please verify that your address is correct on WebSmart, prior to requesting a refund. Credit balances remain on student accounts for a maximum of five (5) years.
