About Us

Brothers Achieving Milestones (BAM), a community for men of color, provides support services with the goal of increasing persistence and completion rates among male identified students from diverse backgrounds. Alongside creating an uplifting environment, offering essential resources to ensure academic, personal, and career growth for our students throughout their college journey and beyond.

This achievement is accomplished through active engagement at Cañada College and the establishment of intentional programming with faculty and staff who either share similar ethnic backgrounds or demonstrate allyship.

Our aim is to embrace individuals from all ethnic groups and identities, advocating for equality across society and providing truly equitable educational opportunities for everyone.
