Community Partnerships
Established in 1979, the Paralegal Program at Cañada College was developed in cooperation with the San Mateo County Bar Association and the San Mateo County Legal Secretaries Association to train personnel to assist attorneys in both civil and criminal matters. There is a strong connection to the local community in the Paralegal Program at Cañada College due to our working professional staff and internship program available to students in the Paralegal Program. After completing our program, students are prepared to succeed in the public, corporate, private, and government sectors as paralegals or as legal secretaries.
